Volunteers are needed to be table facilitators. You will help lead discussion around song lyrics from our sessions and will also help the men write their collective song. The songwriting session will involve only writing lyrics to a popular song, but will follow a selected theme.

Themes explored during the sessions will include:

Hope

Forgiveness

Addiction / Recovery

Regret

Grief

There will be one mandatory and one optional online training sessions for volunteer participants. These are Second Verses training sessions. TDOC may require separate online training.

All volunteers are required to complete Tennessee Department of Corrections paperwork and adhere to their volunteer approval process. TDOC is the final authority on who is allowed inside.
